En route to an international conference your plane crash landed in a storm. Luckily your team has survived the crash and help is on the way. However due to the remote nature of the surrounding countryside, your rescuers are travelling on foot and are 24 hours away. First thing’s first, your team must delegate responsibilities to prepare a two course meal. Fire wood will need to be collected and lit, a communal camp area set up including camp kitchen, food sourced from the surrounding area and a small amount salvaged from the wreckage and cooked to feed your team.

For the ultimate survival event, individual shelters will also rank high on the list of priorities! Don’t worry; we won’t actually make you spend a night in the woods. For those looking for a completely different type of team building event, this is the perfect challenge.

Your fleet of brand new Land Rovers awaits. You must use the Land Rover’s technology and your navigation skills to succeed in tackling the off-road terrain of the Peckforton estate. These vehicles are absolutely the best, but are you? It’s no good having the best, if you can’t use it!

Designed to test communication, swift group decision making and successful execution of tasks this event has something for everyone. All team members will take turns behind the wheel and in between checkpoints require the combined support of the group to ensure any obstacles are cleared without penalty. A great mix of mud plugging power and team work.

This is the ultimate team adventure challenge! Exclusively available at Peckforton Castle, this event relies on its participants working efficiently as a team in order to accomplish various mental and physical tasks. Individuals will bring with them different skills and strengths and the successful completion of the challenge relies on the team players helping one another to tackle the various stages.

Not only will this event encourage team bonding, it will also provide a rewarding experience for all; with the completion of each challenge will come a real sense of achievement.

There’s certainly no shortage of fun! Laughs are guaranteed as we’ll introduce entertaining themes. Imagine abseiling the castle walls to the Indiana Jones theme tune, eluding the laser alarm system and making a swift getaway in a fleet of brand new Land Rovers hidden in a secret location under camouflage on the Peckforton estate. Activate is a team building event with an entertaining twist. Like us, we’re sure you like to have fun and this event will deliver laughs by the bucket-load. Our activities are both mentally and physically challenging requiring the combined effort of your group. Your team will be awarded points for teamwork, communication and successful completion of the activities.

The Team Works is designed to provide individuals with a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. We endeavour to ensure that each participant takes something of real benefit away from the day. During the briefing and throughout the event, our instructors will reinforce the motive for the day, by exploring the objectives and discussing how a transfer of learning from our activities can help individuals, and ultimately your organisation, realise these goals. Prior to the event finishing, all activities will be reviewed at length and both individuals and teams will constructively criticise one another. The Team Works is designed to bring an element of fun to your ongoing training. We believe that the outdoors is an ideal setting to develop and nurture your transferable skills.

It is an ancient African tradition to use drumming when people gather together in celebration or to mark an occasion. Drumming is a powerful means of helping people to synchronize their energy and to connect as a group. It is about the synergy between an individual and a group and the ability of a group’s energy to magnify that of the individual. That is why drumming might be considered the most ancient method of teambuilding

The session culminates with all guests drumming simultaneously and a grand finale in unison.

Think you’re the next Tarrentino? Our movie making brings people together to write, film and star in their own big-screen blockbuster.

This is your chance to prove to the world that you actually do have acting skills (or perhaps not?). Participants are divided into teams and, just like the movies, they are equipped with prop boxes, costumes and make-up kits. Movie themes can be absolutely anything but we do have a few suggestions. Movie making has something for everyone ... it gives participants a chance to get creative and to enjoy working as a team to produce really entertaining results.

Why not let us stage an Oscar's Awards Ceremony in the evening... we'll edit and screen you movies during deserts and Oscar trophies for the lucky winners. Fun and screams of laughter are absolutely guaranteed! Each participant will receive a full edited DVD of the event, what great way to remember the day.

We now have access to a brand new team-based facility in Shrewsbury which has ten different activities from Parachute Simulator Jumps, Climbing and Abseiling to a Giant Swing. Each activity takes a minimum of one hour and requires at least 3 people to complete it.

The activities are highly inclusive – you don’t even need to leave the ground in order to be crucial to the success of the day. Physical prowess is NOT a requirement to participate – we even have a staircase running up the tower for easy access! Choose a stand-alone activity for a couple of hours or book the course for a half or full day. Either way, there’s enough here to keep any team occupied for at least two days!

Dragon Boat Racing is a fun team building event, where each individual is thrust into the action with a smile on their face! Adrenalin and screams of laughter are guaranteed as teams compete to win the Dragon Trophy. Expect to get a little wet as you drive your paddle into the water gaining as much speed as possible. Team work is key to ensure each rower is in time with the next.
