It is always reassuring to have somebody on hand to deal with any last minute requests with slide shows, especially if music & video stings are being used. Also if multiple speakers are using a variety of microphones, continual level checking may be required. Whilst most of our equipment is user friendly and straight forward to use – if you are in doubt, please call us and we’ll arrange for someone to run your conference for you.
Our technicians are usually first to arrive, and last to leave – so they’ll be around well before your conference begins for rehearsals or any other last minute requests.
